I am a Registeted Nurse, currently not working due to an injury in 2013. I am now continuing to battle on my own against not only ACC but the public health system to get someone to hear my voice. I worked for the public health system for many years, deciding to leave and entering into private health care after becoming frustrated by the challenges I faced in delivering adequate health care to my patients. Now as a patient navigating the current system, I have been in the worst journey of my life, trying to access care for my declining health problems. I have had many refused referrals, declines in funding for treatment through ACC, had assessments done by medical professions…
